About the Author:

Kate Parker of Ngati Maniapoto, English and Greek descent, grew up roaming the bush and riding horses in Kaeo. She studied theatre in Melbourne. Returning to co-found NZ’s Red Leap Theatre. She is currently a visual artist and theatre maker and lives in West Auckland, with her family.
