About the Author:
Melanie Drewery (Ngāti Māhanga) lives in Mapua. She is a children’s author best known for her Nanny Mihi series. In a varied career Melanie has worked as a potter and jeweler also a children’s librarian, a preschool supervisor, a teacher at a High School an educational book representative and a freelance journalist.
